- Our company guarantees that all materials used in the chimney repair process will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the time frame indicated on the final receipt per each line item from the date of completion of the repair.
- This warranty covers the replacement or repair of any defective materials used in the original chimney repair work. This warranty does not cover any other damage to the chimney or related components, including but not limited to damages caused by natural disasters, accidents, misuse, or improper maintenance.
- To make a claim under this warranty, the customer must notify our company in writing within the time frame indicated on the final receipt per each line item from the date of completion of the repair. The customer must provide proof of purchase and evidence of the defect.
- Our company will, at its option, repair or replace any defective materials covered under this warranty. This warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of defective materials only, and does not cover any labor or other costs associated with the repair or replacement of the defective materials.
- If our company determines that the damage is not covered under this warranty, we may provide the customer with an estimate for the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged materials. The customer will be responsible for paying any costs associated with the repair or replacement of non-covered damages.
- This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the chimney repair services. The warranty cannot be assigned or transferred to any other party, including subsequent owners of the property.
- Our company's liability under this warranty shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the chimney repair services. In no event shall our company be liable for any consequential, incidental, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the chimney or any other component of the property.
- This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kentucky. Any disputes arising out of this warranty shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
